These Spicy Shrimp Caesar Wraps with Avocado are loaded with flavor and make a quick, satisfying meal. With spicy grilled shrimp, creamy avocado, crisp romaine, and Caesar dressing, they’re the perfect combination of spicy, creamy, and crunchy!

Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup Caesar dressing

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Directions:

Season and Cook the Shrimp:

In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the Wraps:

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of Caesar dressing down the center of the tortilla.

Add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce, followed by a few slices of avocado and a portion of the cooked shrimp.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add a little extra Caesar dressing if desired.

Wrap it Up:

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Serve:

Slice the wraps in half and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
