Servings: 2

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

• Ribeye Steaks: 2 (or your preferred cut)

• Salt and Pepper: To taste

• Butter: 2 tbsp

• Garlic Cloves: 3, minced

• Heavy Cream: 1 cup

• Beef Broth: ½ cup

• Dijon Mustard: 1 tsp

• Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tbsp

Instructions

1. Season the Steaks:

• Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.

2. Cook the Steaks:

• Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.

3. Sauté the Garlic:

• In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Deglaze the Pan:

• Pour in the beef broth, stirring to deglaze the pan and lift any browned bits.

5. Make the Cream Sauce:

• Add the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer the sauce until it thickens, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes.

6. Serve:

• Serve the steaks topped with the garlic cream sauce.

Notes

• Substitute beef broth with vegetable broth for a lighter option.

• Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.

Enjoy your delicious steak with garlic cream sauce!
