Ingredients:
1 large sub roll or hoagie bun
4 slices of Genoa salami
4 slices of pepperoni
4 slices of ham
4 slices of provolone cheese
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut the sub roll in half lengthwise.
Layer the meats (salami, pepperoni, ham) and cheese evenly on the bottom half of the roll.
Add the sliced onions, banana peppers, lettuce, and tomato on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Close the sandwich, slice, and serve immediately.
