A fresh twist on classic tiramisu, combining creamy white chocolate, mascarpone, and juicy strawberries! Perfect for any gathering!
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (4 oz) mascarpone cheese
9 oz white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup confectioners’ sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 packages (3 oz each) ladyfingers, split
2/3 cup orange juice
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare Whipped Cream: In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Make Creamy Mixture:
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and mascarpone until light and fluffy.
Add melted white chocolate, 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Fold in 2 cups of the whipped cream until smooth.
Layer the Tiramisu:
Brush half of the ladyfingers with half of the orange juice and arrange in a 13×9-inch dish.
Spread with 2 cups of the cream cheese mixture, and layer with half of the strawberries.
Brush the remaining ladyfingers with the remaining orange juice and arrange over the strawberry layer.
Add Topping:
Gently mix the remaining 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar into the remaining cream cheese mixture.
Fold in the remaining whipped cream and spread over the ladyfingers.
Top with the remaining strawberries.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate until ready to serve. For an extra touch, drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving.
