Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
4 green onions, chopped
4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prick potatoes with a fork, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Once potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork. Top with steak bites, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and bacon.
Serve hot and enjoy!
