Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Steak: Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add shrimp and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and stir to coat.
Make it Creamy: Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine: Slice the rested steak and serve topped with the creamy Cajun shrimp sauce. Garnish with parsley.
