8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 cup crab meat
6 oz salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Seafood: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the lobster, crab, and salmon, then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce: Reduce heat, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine: Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce and seafood mixture until well coated.
