2-3 eggs
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup rice or potatoes, cooked
Protein options: chicken, beef, sausage, bacon, or pork
Vegetable options: lettuce, spinach, zucchini, cabbage
Cheese options: cheddar, mozzarella
Seasonings: Salt, pepper, chili flakes, sesame seeds, green onions, soy sauce
Optional: Kimchi, tomato slices, or pomegranate seeds
Instructions (General):
Cook the Protein:
Depending on the protein (chicken, beef, sausage, bacon, or pork), season it with salt, pepper, and any additional spices (garlic, soy sauce, chili flakes). Cook in a pan over medium heat until fully done.
Fry or Scramble the Eggs:
For fried eggs, heat a small amount of oil in a pan and cook the eggs until the whites are set, leaving the yolks runny. For scrambled eggs, whisk eggs with salt and pepper and cook until fluffy.
Prepare the Sides:
If using rice, reheat or cook it fresh. If using potatoes, cube and roast or sautรฉ them.
Slice the avocado , and prepare vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, or zucchini by steaming or sautรฉing lightly.
Assemble the Bowl:
In each bowl, add a base of rice or potatoes, followed by the cooked protein, vegetables, avocado slices, and eggs.
Add any extra toppings such as cheese, sesame seeds, green onions, kimchi, or tomato slices.
Serve:
Drizzle with your favorite sauce, such as soy sauce, sriracha, or a light dressing, and enjoy your personalized bowl!
