Rustic No-Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 cup warm water (110°F to 115°F)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon yeast

Instructions:

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast,garlic, rosemary, salt, and sugar.

Add Wet Ingredients: Pour the warm water and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.

Shape the Dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a rough ball. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Shape the Loaf: Turn the risen dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Slash the Loaf: Use a sharp knife to slash the top of the loaf a few times.

Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crusty.
