– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

5. Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet with the pasta.
6. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the sauce is creamy and combined.
7. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water until you reach desired consistency.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
