OMG TACO CUPCAKES 

Y’all, these crispy little bites are the easiest, most delicious way to enjoy tacos—perfect for parties or a fun dinner night!

Ingredients:
– 1 lb. ground beef
– 1 taco seasoning packet
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 24 wonton wrappers
– 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup salsa, and green onions for garnish

 Optional Toppings:
– Diced tomatoes, guacamole, jalapeños, black olives

Directions:

1️⃣

 Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a muffin tin.

2️⃣

 Cook beef in a skillet until browned, add taco seasoning, and cook as directed.

3️⃣

 Layer: Place wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, add beef, cheddar, Monterey Jack, then another wonton wrapper. Repeat beef and cheese layers.

4️⃣

 Bake 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.

5️⃣

 Cool slightly, top with sour cream, salsa, green onions, and enjoy!
