8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cooked salmon, flaked
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the flaked salmon and shrimp to the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the skillet with the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
