Ingredients:
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup Caesar salad dressing
2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
Preheat your grill or grill pan. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
In a large bowl, toss chopped lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Lay tortillas flat and divide the Caesar salad mixture between them. Add the grilled shrimp on top.
Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps, securing the fillings inside.
Slice in half and serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
