Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, halved
1 lb scallops
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add lobster tails, cut side down, and scallops. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until seafood is cooked through.
Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
