French Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

– 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked

– 1 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1/4 cup butter, melted

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

3. Pour the coconut mixture into the unbaked pie crust.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pie is set and the top is golden brown.

5. Allow the pie to cool before serving.

6. Serve the French Coconut Pie at room temperature or chilled, and enjoy the delicious coconut flavor.
