Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic; drain any excess fat.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish, followed by half of the ground beef mixture and half of the soup mixture. Repeat the layers.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
