Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Combine pasta with the sauce and stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
