Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to broil. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top shell of each lobster tail to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, letting it sit on top. Season the lobster meat lightly with salt and pepper.
Broil the Lobster Tails: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Broil in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce: In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is creamy and thickened.
Combine and Serve: Place the lobster tails back in the skillet with the sauce, spooning the creamy garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes to warm everything through.
Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
