CAJUN SHRIMP AND STEAK FEAST 

Ingredients:
For the Steak: 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (8 oz each) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning Salt and pepper to taste For the Shrimp: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp smoked paprika 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp butter Juice of 1 lemon For Serving: 2 cups cooked rice or mashed potatoes Grilled or roasted vegetables (optional) Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Steaks: Season the Steaks: Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook the Steaks: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your preferred doneness. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes. 2. Cook the Cajun Shrimp: Season the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and minced garlic. Sauté the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to coat. 3. Assemble the Feast: Serve: Plate the steaks alongside the Cajun shrimp. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or grilled vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
