Buttery Garlic Chicken over Fettuccine

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast, diced

8 oz pasta (e.g., fettuccine or penne)

4 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Mix in Parmesan cheese until creamy.

Combine the pasta with the chicken mixture, tossing to coat evenly.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
