Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This crispy and juicy chicken is coated in a garlic Parmesan crust and baked to perfection. A flavorful and easy dinner that’s sure to be a hit!

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko works well for extra crunch)

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

• Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

• Prepare the coating: In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

• Coat the chicken: Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and then press them into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

• Bake the chicken: Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.

• Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken for extra richness and flavor.

• Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).

• Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
