Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 strips bacon, chopped
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
1/2 cup pickles, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving a little bacon grease in the pan.
Brown the ground beef with diced onion in the same skillet. Drain excess grease and stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked pasta, shredded cheeses, and pickles to the beef mixture. Stir until cheese is melted and creamy.
Top with crispy bacon and serve hot. This cheesy, loaded pasta is a burger-inspired dish in every bite!
