1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Add the melted butter and mix well. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the buttermilk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until everything is well combined.
Pour and Bake: Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the pie is set and lightly golden on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
Cool: Let the pie cool completely before slicing and serving.
