Chicken & Dumplings Soup

Tender chicken, pillowy dumplings, and delicious veggies come together in this warm and cozy meal. An ideal way to stay warm on cold days!

What You Need to Make the Soup:

Diced chicken thighs (without bones and skin) weighing 1 pound

(4) cups of chicken stock

one cup of water

Two sliced carrots, two stalks of celery, three minced garlic cloves, and one medium onion

Fresh thyme, minced

Dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon

Add seasonings (salt and pepper) separately.

1 cup of peas, frozen

For the Pork:

1 cup of AP flour

a tablespoon of baking soda

Half a teaspoon of salt`

one quarter cup of milk

half a cup of melted unsalted butter

one big egg
