Cajun Shrimp Scampi**

**Ingredients:**
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
– Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
5. Pour in the white wine (if using) and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the shrimp, coating it with the sauce.
7. Stir in the fresh parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
