Ingredients:
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 small onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp each: Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup
• 1 tsp smoked paprika, onion powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 cups shredded cheddar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Steps:
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat. Add onion & garlic; sauté until soft.
Stir in pasta, broth, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, ketchup, and spices. Simmer for 15-20 mins until pasta is tender.
Mix in heavy cream & cheese until creamy. Cook for 2 mins more.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
