Ingredients:
30 ml cocoa powder
2 Bar One chocolate bars
4 eggs
250 ml sugar
125 ml oil
375 ml cake flour
15 ml cornstarch
20 ml baking powder
Instructions:
1. Combine the cocoa powder, water, and Bar One bars in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until the chocolate is melted and well mixed. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Add the oil and mix well.
3. Sift in the cake flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, and gently fold into the egg mixture.
4. Add the cocoa mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased deep springform pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let it cool slightly in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Frosting:
2 Bar One chocolate bars
60 ml milk or cream
1. Melt the Bar One bars with the milk or cream. Spread over the cooled cake.
