Ingredients:
1 lb steak, grilled and sliced
8 oz fettuccine
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and add heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss cooked fettuccine with the sauce and top with sliced steak. Serve warm
