Matilda Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two cake pans.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
Mix well, then add boiling water. Pour into pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool before frosting
