Ingredients:
1 lb steak, cubed
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup milk
1 lb green beans, trimmed
Directions:
Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with milk, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in garlic and the remaining butter. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
In a separate pot, steam green beans until tender.
Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes with green beans on the side.
