Ingredients:
1/2 cup lobster stock
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add lobster stock and white wine, simmering for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder. Allow to simmer for an additional 5 minutes, reducing slightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
