Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans (plus extra for coating)
1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix the cheese ball ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped cranberries, pecans, orange zest, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and combined.

Shape the cheese ball:
Transfer the mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and form it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to set.
