Don’t Lose This Recipe
Ingredients:
Crust:
• 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For Layers:
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup cream cheese
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• 1 large can (2½ cups) crushed pineapple, well drained
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (148°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixed. Press 2 cups into a 9×9 baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar until well blended.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust, leveling it out.
Mix remaining pineapple with Cool Whip and spread over the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle remaining graham cracker mixture on top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
