Savory Breakfast & Lunch Bowls

Ingredients (for all variations):

Cheese options: cheddar, mozzarella ๐Ÿง€

Optional: Kimchi, tomato slices, or pomegranate seeds ๐Ÿ…

Instructions (General):

Cook the Protein:

Depending on the protein (chicken, beef, sausage, bacon, or pork), season it with salt, pepper, and any additional spices (garlic, soy sauce, chili flakes). Cook in a pan over medium heat until fully done. ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿฅฉ

Fry or Scramble the Eggs:

For fried eggs, heat a small amount of oil in a pan and cook the eggs until the whites are set, leaving the yolks runny. For scrambled eggs, whisk eggs with salt and pepper and cook until fluffy. ๐Ÿณ

Prepare the Sides:

If using rice, reheat or cook it fresh. If using potatoes, cube and roast or sautรฉ them. ๐Ÿฅ”
