Ingredients:
– 2 steaks
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
Step 1: Sear the Steaks
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them on both sides until cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and minced garlic. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and garlic from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and pour the heavy cream into the skillet. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Combine Steak, Shrimp, and Sauce
Return the steaks and shrimp to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce. Allow everything to heat through and coat with the sauce.
Step 5: Serve
Serve the Creamy Garlic Steak and Shrimp garnished with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
