1. CHICKEN GRAVY
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
2 1/4 cup chicken broth
Ground pepper to taste
2. BEEF GRAVY
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
2 1/4 cup beef stock
Ground pepper to taste
3. MUSHROOM GRAVY
1/2 cup ground dry mushroom
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp butter
2 cups water
Ground black pepper to taste
Method:
In a pan, melts the butter, then sprinkle flour. Keep stirring till flour is a little brownish. Then add the broth. Keep stirring till the gravy thickens. Season with ground black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
For mushroom gravy:
Melt the butter, sprinkle flour and ground mushroom. Mix and stir for about 2-3 minutes. Then, add water. Let it boils while keep whisking. When the sauce starts to thicken, simmer for about 1 minute until your desired consistency. Add ground black pepper to taste. Enjoy
