1 lb pizza dough
1 cup roast beef, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sauté the bell pepper and onion in olive oil until soft. Remove from heat.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles. Fill each with roast beef, sautéed veggies, and a sprinkle of provolone.
Fold and seal the edges. Place on a baking sheet, brushing with olive oil and sprinkling with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
