Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo

Ingredients
1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped  (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine or linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season and Cook the Steak:

Pat the steak dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak for 3–4 minutes on each side (or until it reaches your desired level of doneness). Remove from the skillet, let rest for a few minutes, and slice thinly.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with additional Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper as desired.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it well in the Alfredo sauce.
Assemble and Serve:

Arrange the sliced steak on top of the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
Enjoy your Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo! A spicy, creamy, and satisfying meal that’s perfect for special occasions or a luxurious weeknight treat.
