Skillet Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

1 lb chicken breasts, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp olive oil

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

For the Crispy Potatoes:

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare Potatoes: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

Cook Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken slices, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken, allowing it to melt for a minute.

Serve: Plate the chicken alongside crispy potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
