2 cups heavy cream

1 box orange Jello (3 oz)

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust: In a food processor, pulse vanilla wafers until they resemble crumbs. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar and melted butter, pulsing until combined.

4️⃣ Orange Layer: In another bowl, dissolve the orange Jello in boiling water. Set aside to cool slightly.

5️⃣ Whipped Cream: In a medium bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest until stiff peaks form.

6️⃣ Combine Layers: Mix half of the whipped cream with the orange Jello mixture, and fold the remaining whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

7️⃣ Layer in Pan: Alternate spreading each layer into the prepared crust, starting with the cream cheese mixture and ending with the orange mixture.

8️⃣ Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
