To make this dish, I started by cooking some small pasta shells according to the directions on the package.
Then I drained the shells and set them aside.
I heated some olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
Once the oil was hot I added some chopped bacon to the skillet.
I stirred the bacon around well as it cooked to make sure it cooked evenly on all sides.
Once the bacon was all browned and crispy, I used a slotted spoon to transfer it to a paper towel lined plate.
I added some minced garlic to the skillet with the bacon grease.
I cooked the garlic for one minute.
Then I added some heavy cream to the skillet.
I stirred well and brought the cream to a boil.
Once it boiled I reduced the heat to low.
I added some cream of bacon soup to the skillet.
I also added some salt, pepper and chopped chives to the skillet.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
Then I added the cooked pasta to the skillet.
I stirred until all of the pasta was coated in sauce.
Then I added about 3/4 of the cooked bacon pieces to the skillet.
I stirred well again.
Then I removed the skillet from the heat.
I added some shredded parmesan cheese to the skillet.
I stirred until the cheese was melted.
I sprinkled the remaining cooked bacon and some chopped chives on top right before serving.
Then the creamy bacon shells were ready to serve.
