Ingredients:
– 8 oz rotini pasta
– 1 lb ground beef
– 6 strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup cream cheese
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 1 tbsp mustard
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper (to taste)
– Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the ground beef, and stir well to combine.
4. Stir in the beef broth, ketchup, and mustard, and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined into the sauce.
6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.
8. Stir in the crumbled bacon, reserving some for garnish.
