• LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

Regarding the Bread:

Flour: 4 cups (480g)

Yogurt: 1 cup (220g)

Water: 1 cup (200ml)

Baking Powder: 1 packet (10g)

Salt: 1 teaspoon (8 grams)

Vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon (10ml)

Regarding the topping:

Olive Oil: 50 milliliters

• Steps:

Combine the dry ingredients.

In a big bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Include liquids.

Add the yogurt, water, and oil. Combine all the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed. If the dough is too sticky, add some more flour until it’s easier to work with.

Form the dough.

Place the dough on a surface with flour and gently knead it until it comes together. Cut the dough into smaller pieces and press each piece into a circular shape that is about ½ inch thick.

Bake the bread.

Warm a non-stick pan on medium heat. Put the dough circles in the pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until it is golden brown and fully cooked.

Coat with Olive Oil:

Before turning over each piece of bread, apply olive oil on the top. This gives taste and a nice golden layer.

Serve and enjoy:

Enjoy your freshly baked bread with your preferred dips, spreads, or as a side dish with any meal.
