– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– Fresh parsley, for garnish

For the Scallops:
– 1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Lobster:
1. Prepare Lobster Tails: Use kitchen shears to cut along the top of each shell and pull the lobster meat up to rest on top.
2. Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over the lobster meat.
3. Broil Lobster: Place on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, basting with garlic butter halfway through. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
